does anyone have the problems with him as I have, he will not return phone calls and when I do get him he keeps telling me he's sending parts, but I never get anything....so I call and call 100 times then out of the blue he'll answer and promise promise my parts are on the way....and so the circle continues like this for 3 months....this sucks when your missing pull after pull and he don't care anyone have Ideas?

I had the same thing, but I soon realized one thing, he is busy, very busy, not sitting around looking at parts and trying to make any customers mad, when I did talk with him on the phone, if there was three or four seconds pause, he said he had to get going. this told me he has alot on his plate, also did you send your parts during the pulling season, or the off season, this also makes a huge difference. his stuff is good and priced right, its worth the wait.

I had the same thing a couple of years ago with him. I got everything and the work was top notch, but it took about a year to get it all. This type of service seems to be common with these pulling engien guys. Most of it is false promises and lack of communication, not quality of work problems.

i know someone here in ny that sent him crank and rods from their g...well after 2 yrs and sending the cops out to talk to him he finally got his stuff back...crank is cracked..rods are terrible..he butt welded the 2 halfs together never boxed them in. he got screwed. i was going to send him stuff but changed my mind after all this.

I sent him the parts last October, when he was in the middle of moving, which did not help my cause, I truly believe he is busy, however I've built olivers and farmalls and 6 months about as long as i had to wait for all my parts since it was in the winter.

I happen to have one of his cranks and rods to go with it. They have been excellent! I believe they are at least 10 yrs old. He took some parts in trade and sent the crank when he said he would. You are right he doesn"t like to chat on the phone. Did you send him a good core? Vic

core good yes, finally got him tonight and he said he has been slacking...........thats terrible business when paid in FULL for a month....NEVER AGAIN OR WILL I SUGGEST HIM TO ANYONE PERIOD!
