Did you ever figure out how to contact them or get ahold of them? Still no response through email and phone number never gets picked up. Just wondering if I'm wasting my time trying or if I should get parts elsewhere

Appreciate the response. 4194535539 is the phone number. They are open 7am to 4pm Monday- Thursday Ohio time. Call first thing in the morning and sometimes... they pick up lol. Took me 10 or 15 times. But they are still in business and shipping was quick. Got like 7 seal kits I believe. Rebuilt my entire kelley model 40 backhoe and the thing digs! They are a little pricey. They wanted like 250$ for a replacement rod so i bought a brand new ram for like 280$ on magister hydraulics. Atleast i was able to rebuild all the others for a fraction of the price.
