Came in with tongue off and can't figure it out, does anyone have a picture of one together?

That jack looking piece behind the lift cylinder is suppose to be in front of the cylinder and fasten to hitch. That is how you level the disk. The piece to hold disk in transport position is missing and someone put that there in its place or just put it there so it wouldn't get misplaced.
 
Bottom picture...flat irons on screw go to the front of the frame forward from the cylinder. End of leveler screw has a pin that goes thru the bracket welded across the front of the hitch.
