kind of ot, but need help on a herbicide

ive got a bad rosin weed infestation. i started turning and disking my garden last August and worked it all winter. was hoping the cold weather would kill out the weeds. naaaaaaaaaa

i know there aint much i can do now, but, is there a pre emergence herbicide that i can use next spring to kill all the unwanted growth.

second, on these big no till, no cultivating farms, what do yall spray with.

i tried to get in touch with my county ag agent, but it seems he's always in a meeting somewhere

any suggestions on chemical weed control will be helpful.. i grow mostly corn, taters, and green beans. no real crop, just a real big garden.
