I’ve drained my tranny/Hydraulic fluid and I’ve read where the screen on the return line needs cleaning with what type cleaner gas? Or air?
And the fill is? Searching
Under the seat there’s a 1” thumbscrew when I unscrewed it I believe it’s the fill port? Anyone confirm that before I put in however much fluid.
Also the best way to bleed hydraulics?
I am attaching a loader so in order to get air out crack the feeder line at the loader controller is my thought?
I have listed the same question under ZB1600 but from what I’ve read these are identical units just grays!
Thanks

That is the trsnsmission fill port. You can download the operator's snd work shop manuals from Kubotabooks.com.

What model loader and how are you plumbing it in? The loader will bleed itself - just cycle all cylinders to purge any air.

Thank you oldhokie
I can’t tell model loader but as i said it came of a ZB1600 same years model.
I removed the hydraulic lines from the donor. The feed line was cut to go into controller input and controller out to the return of the tranny

That plumbing would disable your 3pt. I think you need to look again

I was able to use the existing plumbing from donor. The pressure out from pump goes to the loader controller in and the return from the controller to the inlet on the side of Tranny that feeds the lift and it all works 👍

If the return is going to the 3pt thats fine.I did not get that from your description.

The loader return would normally go back to the cut line. I suspect thats what is actually happening but back at the hydraulic lift area.

This is where the return from loader is plumbed into. The same location as my tractor was plumbed straight from the pump. I’m just glad it worked 👍
