Kubota B3030

Kubota B3030 started out this season with a week battery. Installed a new battery, but now something's not connecting in the electrical circuit. When the key is turned on the battery light doesn't come on and the starter doesn't activate with the key. If you turn the lights on, they work and it also starts fine. Anybody ever have that happen before?

Have you checked to see if the bulb in the idiot light for the battery light burned out?

Sounds like something in the ignition circuit. Look for a blown fuse, broken or chewed wire, bad ignition switch.

That could be why the battery was low, may not have been charging.

To me it sounds like the key switch is bad.

Thanks for the suggestion guys. I think I will order a new key switch.
