Kubota L4150N shuttle cable

Have a L4150DTN Kubota that the shuttle shift cable broke. Called all the dealers/parts places and am told that part (part number 32583-22730} is discontinued and no longer available. Is there anywhere/anyone that I can find that part from? Or perhaps someone who can make a replacement? Perfectly good tractor, just presently unusable due to that cable breakage....sigh.

I had a hard time trying to picture that: We have a 4150DT, and I've had to fix/adjust the shuttle linkages a few times times (because it's the tractor that sees the most abusive operation when logging, and also some inexperienced operators who get excessively "rammy" with the controls). I couldn't remember anywhere were it used a cable. But I see it's pacific to the 'N' sub-model you have, which is probably why it's been discontinued as it was less common.

If the source Harry posted above doesn't work, I wonder if you could just fab up some simple linkages to convert it to a lever mechanism like the regular DT and F models had for their shifter. I'd normally suggest trying to find those linkages in a scrapyard, but I doubt you'll find that, because these tractors just don't break down.

I'm guessing this is a control push/pull cable in an adjustable sheath (i.e., not something you can just splice together with aircraft cable, because it needs that rigid sheath to guide it)? If it a real struggle to find, you could probably adapt a hydraulic valve control cable with some fab work (welding on new ends). they work on the same push/pull principle. Something like this, perhaps, but you'd have to try and find one approximately the right length:
