Yes but.

Your remotes have tandem center spools which means the work ports are blocked in neutral. When you shut off the valve the circuit will be instantly hydraulically locked which is what you want for hydraulic cylinders. If instead you are controlĺing a motor that is attached to a spinning inertial load (e.g. rotary cutter) that will slam it to a very hard, immediate and potentially damaging stop. Not at all what you want. So what is this motor going to be used for?

I want to build a small mower to mount on an arm off my loader.
Was thinking about using a hydraulic motor to turn it.
It would be used to trim small limbs hang over our 1/4 mile driveway and the front of the dam on our pond.
Was also thinking maybe a 12 volt motor to do it.
I am open to suggestions.

Thats a pretty standard application and typically uses a loader third function rather rear remotes. A rotary mower is a unidirectional motor so you would just add a crossover circuit with a check valve between the two hoses - two tees and one inline check valve. Added cost around $50. That will allow the motor to free wheel when the control valve is closed.

You dont tie into existing lines. A loader third function is a third valve added to the loader. The third function adds two quick coupler outlets to the front of the loader and is tylically electrically operated by a button on the loader joy stick. Most common use is for a grapple bucket on the loader. In your case it would operate the mower.

I am not advocating for installing a 3rd function - just explaining how things cc are typically done. Your rear remotes willbwork fine but not the cleanest solution.

I run a mower on my bobcat I put a hyd check valve between supply and return it will allow motor to run on when you shut off the valve on the tractor, this way it does not damage anything
