Hi everyone! My skidsteer is down currently and I can’t find the lower radiator hose that I need. 612873 is the oem number and I can’t seem to cross reference it. Has anyone found a replacement that works?

Thank you!
Ashley

Hello Ashley, welcome to YT! Well you made me go to the effort to search what manufacturer made a L555, apparently New Holland. Remember on a forum you are the only one standing there looking at the machine. Per an online lookup it shows 612873 as a simply 1 1/2” 90 degree elbow hose. Pull it off and take it to your local auto parts store. Ask them to let you go back and look at the automotive radiator hoses they have hanging in the back. Look for one that size with a section with a 90 elbow and long enough straights that can be cut off to work for your application, done.

Sorry about that! I think 612874 is the elbow #4 on the drawing but the lower hose 612873 is #5 on the drawing and that’s the tricky one.

No guarantees this will work. Take 2 Continental #61301 hose for 1970 Ford F100 and cut and splice with piece of copper tubing in the middle. I use copper tubing as it is fairly thin so as not to restrict the flow. Messicks lists the part number you need. Is expensive and not certain if in stock. Call first. Good luck.

Mycnhstore.com lists the hose. I didn't create an account to find out if they have it or to get a price. Otherwise a common 1-1/2 inch universal flex hose in the right length could possibly work.
