LA wheel bolt

I have a broken wheel bolt that holds the cast wheel to the flanged axel shaft. What is the best way to replaced this bolt?
I assume the flanged shaft has to be removed, but how?

You will need to remove the final drive from the tractor frame to start with. You will then need to take apart the final drive including the removal of bearings in the quill to get the shaft out. I ended up just replacing all the bearings which can be obtained through an auto parts store as long as you have the numbers off the old bearing. Deere probably has the bearing as well. Look up PC0151 which is the parts book for the LA on jdparts.com and it will give you the JD part number you can then search.
