I'm looking at a used 280 w/FEL with 572 hrs, asking price 6995.00, looks in good conditon, however I noticed a site glass on the rear housing (left of PTO shaft) for fluid level, I'm assuming hydraulic fluid, there was no fluid in the glass. Does the tractor and/or PTO need to be running to get a level reading? Are these tractors ok for Harry Home Owner, maybe 100hrs per year? The nameplate read made in s.Korea, but I've heard they have Mitsubishi Engines and are made by a company that has been around for a while. Any info would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
