The leaking diodes in the 90amp Nippendso were over $300 plus the other wear parts .
New 120amp delco with new pulleys for $277 including tax .
The excitation plug would not lock in . It seems tight but installed Farmer fix with a zip tie to be sure . Busy thinking of something that looks better .

According to the clip on Fluke DC ammeter . Charge current was 122 amp for a few seconds and then ramped down with time .

Why didn't you remove the 4 screws and turn the back half up so the plug is on the top side ??
