Late 3020 carb replacement

Any recommendations for a late 3020 carburetor replacement. I see some for around $700. Do they work well?

Which brand carburetor do you have now? If a Zenith, can be rebuilt by you? Get gasket kit and any parts from Roberts Carburetor-Iowa 712-262-5311. They also have a web site. If you have a Marvel Schebler carb you might consider a Zenith. A lot better carburetor!

It has Marvel Schebler carb. Is the Zenith a direct replacement?

Have a MS on mine. Has worked well except for plastic phenolic float. Float saturated and did not float after 50 years.
Mcdonald carbs had to install brass or copper float
Had them install float after I tried for days.
