Late D Radiator Overflow

Does anyone know if the "Connector" pn D2996R is being reproduced? It is the big nut that threads into the underside of the upper radiator tank. It accepts the packing and the overflow tube goes through it. Mine was frozen to the tank and it broke off. I would be interested in the whole overflow assembly if available, mine seemed rigged up with a rubber hose inside...
