late model VAC Dash

I and striking out and need help. Who can me up with a person that would be willing to sell a dash that is not all rotted out for my 53 VAC-14

Just saw your location on your post below. I have the entire steering column for a later style VAC 13. So the steering shaft is longer. I'm not sure if this is up your alley or not. I'm located in central Iowa.

Rusty Acres Ranch has several for sale on their website. They are in central Ca.

Those are pre 51 dash panels. I watch their web site looking for something new to show up.

Length of the steering shaft does not matter. What year is it off of and how is the rust issue they tend to have?

I'm not sure exactly what year. It doesn't have the SN plate. It is the later style with rack and pinion steering though. I will get some pictures for you. Appears to have spent most of its life indoors. (which it still is.)

You're saying yours is rusted where the battery sits?? If so, it is easy to cut a new piece from 16ga. steel and replace. Have done a few.

Mine is gone from the battery tray down and I mean gone. It was being in place by two bolts of the pedestal casting everything below the bolts was rusted away. Think they my have had a charging problem causing the battery to boilover or explode.
