I just got my 650 ford put back together and now when I start and run my tractor there is a small oil leak that looks like it is coming from the governor is this an easy fix or what am I dealing with.

A little more info would help a lot. I will assume that "put back together" means you rebuilt the motor. Often where the front crank seal rides on the pulley a groove gets worn so the new seal can't seal. You need to put a sleeve in there. Another possibility is the O-ring where the governor shaft comes out through the housing on the left side. This is not easy in my opinion, but all it really takes is time.
