Hi, I have a 1956 John Deere 70 Diesel that has started leaking fuel around the bottom of the Governor housing on the side of the Fuel pump. There is no leak around the fuel pump itself. As well, there is either a fuel/soot mixture or oil blowing out of the top of the exhaust pipe and muffler when the tractor is pulling under a heavy load. Could both problems be related and any suggestions on a fix? Thank you
