LED Flasher

This shouldn’t be hard… I’m installing a LED flasher on an M Farmall. 12 volt positive. Power to fuse to LED relay to switch to flasher. The flasher lights up but won’t flash. What am I missing?

12 negative ground. Don't think LEDs like positive ground??

Most, if not all, LEDs are polarity sensitive.

Is it an actual electronic flasher for LEDS? Brand and part number? Most mechanical flashers will not work LEDs they need one or two incandescent bulbs in the circuit to make enough draw to make the flasher work.
