left over part update

Thanks for all the advice on this. I'm convinced it is part of the starter as some of you mentioned. I do recall finding that part at the bottom of the well when I split the tractor. I thought it came from the flywheel but was not the case. I just have to figure out how to put it back on. Thanks

It was probably from an old starter bendix that has ben replaced so there is no need to but it back on.
