Lemon tree.

Picked up a Myers lemon tree and it is producing like crazy. Now I know it is only summer but they claim in the dead of the winter it could freeze, here where I live it gets down I the 20's. So what am I planning to do for prepperation this winter? Right now it is planted in a large plastic container..

I brought one up to VA when I moved from FL panhandle. Lives in an 18" diameter pot. First year I left it outside and it froze, I thought to death, but it sprouted the next year. I was worried it had sprouted from sour orange rootstock (most commercial citrus uses that rootstock), but it flowered and had lemons (whew). I move it into an unheated garage every winter now, low light but it seems to do OK. They will take a light freeze.

I have a Carolina reper plant I've been bringing in every year for some silly reason
I wont eat the damn things
Planted it in the garden one year for the heck of it an it never grew but wouldn't die
Only about 8 inches tall
Felt sorry for the little guy so I potted it an brought inside.
Stupid thing took off a grew like crazy
Got a dozen or so peppers on it this year
This will be its 3 rd summer
