LETZ mill with chopper

I'm restoring a Model 540, SN 2549, Type AE LETZ chopper. It is painted baby blue, orange and green. The green is on the blower housing and discharge pipe. I'm quite sure the blue and orange are original, but not sure about the green. Does anyone know the answer? Also, does anyone know how to determine the year it was manufactured since I have the SN. According to the tag on the chpper LETZ was in Crown Point, Indiana.Any comments are greatly appreciated!
