Leyland 2100

Hi, I am restoring a leyland 2100 tractor & am finding it difficult to source rear tyres & rims for it in the uk (15.30x34), does anyone know if any other tractor tyres/rims may fit it perhaps from a nuffield or some other, at the moment it has rowcrop wheels on it. Thanks for any advice you may have
