Lift fluid 40

What is a good fluid for the lift on a John Deere 40 and I was switching the arm on the left side and one tractor after removing the bolt and washer it came right off the shaft and the other one I can’t get it to move any advise would be appreciated thanks

My 40 operators' manual states to use S.A.E. 10-w oil, holds 4 1/2 quarts. I'd say you're going to have to get a three-jaw puller on arm and maybe a little heat.
