Those bulb are sealed units. they don't have replacement bulb. this website charges around $118.00 for a set of headlights. the rear work light goes for $180.00. I think there is a way to use a resistor to reduce the volts, but i don't know what kind or how to use it.
 
Yes you could use a resister but it would probably not work well. I have picked up sealed beam head lights from auto parts store that fit right in the factory lights. Or you could hook them up in series so you have 2 bulb so each takes half the load. Of course if one burns out both stop working
