I am looking for a front end loader that will fit on 3010.
I?m thinking that maybe a 148 would be the correct model. Not positive! Advise ?

Both the 45 and the 45W would work but it is about impassable to find one with the correct mountings for a 10 or 20 series tractor. I have been going to auctions for 40 years and have seen less than 5 in my lifetime. Tom

Is it something you could build ? I wouldn?t finding one . Guess I could get another f11 and paint it but that?s a lot of work

148 would be my choice, helped a friend years ago swap his 148 between his 4020 and 3020. 4020 had a cab and he sold his hay in the winter. Don't be surprised if a couple inches are cut off of the mounting near the back of the mount. Some guys shorted the mounts if their 3010/3020 had a cab and maybe your steps could have a notch in them to make clearance for the mounts. Dad bought a 148 for the 4020 in the late 70's still feeding cattle with everyday. Has a few welds would not be without it.

I have a nice aftermarket step on that 3010 will that interfere with putting a loader on the tractor ?

It might, but without pictures its hard to say. Does it mount to the original step holes, or just the clutch/bell housing bolts? The loader mount follows the frame rail for height and would come back past the front bolt of the original step a couple inches. Maybe do a search on the web for picture of a 148 on 3010/3020. If your step mounts to the frame rail some modification will be needed unless there is a spacer between the step mount and the frame rail. What brand of step??
