Hopefully someone with a 720 will respond. I have a 730 and the manual for it says 10.5 gal. On the 730 the reservoir is the loader frame, and "full" is 8" below the fill hole on the left hand frame post (where the breather is located).

You can typically find the original owners manuals and service manuals for these on eBay for short money.

Thanks Greg, I have a 735 on my 1969 Ford 3500. but the fill on
the 720 is on the cross over pipe at the top of the lift towers. The
arrow is pointing too it.

On your diagram you remove #10 pipe plug and fill at the arrow, when the oil level reaches just below the top of the hole that #10 was in you are done.
