Loader valve leak, pintel rebuild

Industrial 30, diesel,
Hydraulic loader valves leak. Causes lift and bucket to slowly drift down from weight.
Valve and loader are integral. Fluid inside loader frame.
1. Replaced orings
2. Appears pintel to body has wear, leaking past neutral position.
a. Is there a fix, rebuild
B. Considered chrome plating pintle.
C. Any hydraulic repair business that do this work?
I have seen replacement valves, build brackets, run lines, make a plate to block old ports, etc.
not something I want to do if I can keep it

orginal.

It's just orings top and bottom but getting plastic wiper out can be tricky. screws into valve
Very fine threads it has slots in top I made a tool out of pipe fittings forty years ago to unscrew them
Spools will come out bottom they also unscrew cover for bucket and detent assembly for lift
Pretty simple really might still be able to get wiper and seals for a Massey dealer

When you say pintle, do you mean spool? If the spool or the valve body are worn, it would be a very expensive rebuild. Most spool valves aren't really "re-buildable".

I have a slightly different loader, a 102. I replaced my valve with a Prince bought through Surplus Center. You might consider this route.

You could try spinning the spool 180*. Not a repair, but may stop or lesson the problem for some time, depending on the amount of use. Worked for me. Unfortunately consensus deems replacement of valve as the only real true fix.

When moving dirt, it's okay, because of valve usage. In the field, bucket and bucket tilt bleed down, fluid all over my right boot. I chained the tilt part of the bucket, it helped, but loader needs up adjustment constantly.
I have an idea of "finding" cup lipped seals, like on steering cylinder. I am oversized on my orings already, maybe new orings and make some teflon split rings to backup .
Really no good way when down psi weight seeps around valves.
we attempt new orings, turning the valve around, ?worst case, it still leaks!! Lol

So how tight are you putting the wiper because I have tried oversized orings and if you tightened wiper down spool would actually bind
And did you clean up spool with some scotchbrite
To take out rough spots out on valves, forty years ago you could buy spools. 🤣🤣🤣

40 years ago that machine was just well used! Today it's like a model T to a late 60's Galaxy.
