Loader wont function after changing fluid and filters

I have a White 2-60 with a 1730 QA loader. Recently the loader has been a little sluggish when lifting above half way and the tree point hitch has been slow to come up. I decided that it was time for a fluid and filter change. I drained the old fluid, changed the screw on filter up by the hydraulic control levers and cleaned the inline filter like the manual called for. Filled it back up with new fluid and now the front end loader wont operate at all. The tree point hitch raises properly and quick now even with a load on. Everything seems to work exactly as it should, except the loader. I've warmed the tractor up to operating temp, worked the levers every which way and tried to bleed off air by cracking some of the fittings on the bucket. Nothing worked. Cant find any answers in the manual. Cant find anything in old posts or online. I'm at a loss. Hoping that someone on here has the answer.

Does the loader operate off the same pump as the 3 point?

Many times loaders run off a different pump and reservoir. An engine mounted
pump, sometimes driven off the front of the crank.

The loader only going part way up is a symptom of low oil level.

Being it won't move at all now sounds like loss of prime or out of oil. Could
there be a separate pump or tank that is now even lower with a filter change?

Just throwing out general ideas, disregard if I'm off track for your tractor.

some tractors need to be over filled a 1/2 inch to an inch on the dipstick to operate a loader properly.

Hello Mr. White ha ha welcome to YT! Hopefully some
expert will come along that really knows something
about one of these tractors that is not me. From
looking at the AGCO online parts diagrams it looks like
the machine only has one main hydraulic pump. There
may be a separate power steering pump but that
makes no difference. If the moon and stars align
correctly I will attach the parts page I am looking at for
your viewing pleasure. It looks like the alignment was of a little so you will have to scroll down and select page 200. Since it only has one pump and
the THREE point system seems to work properly that
means it is not a priming problem, rather flow is not getting to the remote hydraulic
valves, which I hope connect directly to the loader
cylinder circuits. So if the LOADER VALVE IS separate
as in installed with the loader and just plugs in the
remotes then one of the stock tractor remote levers
has to be engaged in the correct position to make it
work and the hoses have to be plugged into the quick
couplers properly to get flow through them. If this is all
good then I would suspect some crud got stirred up in
the system and is fouling up the operation of number
33 ..flow control valve.. in the diagram. You will have to
open that up and check for crud in there or something
sticking. To see the parts break down of the ..Flow
Divider.. at the linked page click the ..Table of
contents.. at the top left. Scroll down and select page
204 then you are in. You will probably need to get
some orings if you are tearing into that flow divider.
