Looking for a New Idea 329 Sheller Unit

If anyone out there has a complete 329 sheller unit with or without a 324 gathering unit or could put me in touch with someone who might have one I am looking to purchase one. Thanks

Naturally. I knew that would happen. I had one that sat here in the shed for YEARS. I finally took that and a 729 for a uni system to the crusher two months ago.

That seems to be my luck. I have really been beating the bushes trying to find one and keep striking out. I just missed one in Wisconsin last week by a day.

Stitzel Farm Equipment in Hamburg, PA has a couple brand-new, never used 329 sheller units. They've been there since 1984!

Tim,I talked with Brian at Stitzel's. He sent me these photos of what he had on the yard. Also said he could not guarantee that these were "complete". Based on what I rememeber from a unit that I had previously, it appears to be intact except for a couple of chains, the jack stands, and the auger. I plan to inquire about the auger. Do you see anything missing or have suggestions for possible questions to ask before I make a purchase? Thanks!

I think there is supposed to be a hood that goes over the top of the sheller intake up to the snapper elevator on the gathering unit. Last time I was out there, there were a couple augers near the shellers, probably the ones that belong to them.
