Can I still keep my cam with an offset grind in place or do I have to move it for 10 inch stroke?

I'm not really sure what you mean? An offset grind is just taking the crank and grinding it off center to gain a little stroke. A 10" crank is a pretty good sized crank.

For just the "offset grind" you won't mess with the cam. If you use the 10" crank, you'll need to clearance the cam quite a bit. Not move it, clearance it.
