Have you tried Colfax Tractor? I haven't bought anything from them in years but they were easy to work with and will ship.(I guess they are still in business). Oh yea,Colfax IA)

I have a good block. It's a late model that requires the heavy press sleeves. I can get the part number off the block if necessary. Located in southern Minnesota. 507-438-8172

Serial number and block casting number would be great.
Where are you located and how much do you want for it?
Wouldnt have a head to go with it ?

The numbers on the block are:

Serial BSD282 # 4578

The cast part # is 607488C2

This block was from a F-706 tractor. The head gasket sealing surface looks very good compared to most of the blocks that I have seen over the years. And I do not have a cylinder head at this time.
