Im not sure but I think one ear on the manifold on it is broken ,How hard to find a manifold and cost of one.

I've got pictures of it, could use new tires, manifold and its a flat back if its the same tractor.But that's a very good price if a person is looking for one.And if it will just start right up.But I'm to old to be cranking on one that don't have electric start.
