Lou Abbett's passing

Today, 12/9/2013, we have lost a good puller and a great friend; Lou Abbett. He passed away today around 2:00, and his arrangements will be posted as we find out more. Lou and his family pulled John Deere tractors and competed with many different clubs. Please keep him and his family in your prayers, we will miss him very much.

Josh. I will miss Lou he was always a kind and helpfull man. He contributed alot of money and time to that club you pull with. When there wasnt enough help on the track and the young guys were just standing around watching he would always go out on the track and do more than his share of work. His tractors always ran good especially that one Deere that Marlett built a couple of years ago. I rember the time at Napanee Indiana a couple of years ago when your brother was pulling it in the heavy class and put 13 ft on my Farmall. My familys prayers go out to the Abbott family.
