Lower Lift Pin

Getting ready to order parts to replace the lower
lift pin in my 8n. I've tried to find a manual but
I'm just going to order on with the pin. My
question is if there is a gasket where the trumpet
connects to the frame that I will need to get. Any
other suggestions of things to replace while I have
it apart would also be very helpful.

Yes, you will need an axle trumpet gasket.

My manual shows that part # as 2N4035. They're cheap. Buy both sides. Wet them a bit so they'll 'stretch' enough to go over all the bolts a little easier. DON'T freak if you tear it. Just gently pull it back off and put the tear at the top, use a little sealer THERE and you're still good to go.
