This is a follow up to an earlier post I had about where to start on getting an LP engine to fire off.
Here is a picture of the regulator on the engine,

Cold start procedure for these propane engines is with full throttle position and choke fully employed. On vapor to start.
 
It will fire on starting fluid if it's going to run,I'd try that to make sure the rest of the engine is working before looking at the LP system

Did you try blowing and sucking on the red hose that was suggested to you. You should hear gas movement.
