Lucknow rotary mower question.

Yesterday's Tractor Forums
To me it looks like a light duty mower. Fine for mowing pastures and such but with no stump jumper and a solid top mount. Isn’t something I would use for rough mowing
 
It does have a small stump jumper looks like a hobby grade mower would be ok for light use but not for cutting heavy brush or rocks and such
