A quick Amazon search showed this unit. Also seems to fit Onan, so maybe some crossover parts available.

I looks like it is just a full wave bridge rectifier.

Same as Onan branded, Linamar was Canadian made I think before Cummins acquired them. All the 16-20HP P-series Onans and later Linamar appear to be the same.

If you need it quickly, your JD dealer should have one as they were used in 318s for years. Otherwise ebay or amazon have them.
