M Farmall need help

What are the points on a M Farmall suppose to be set at? I put in new points, condensor and coil. I still have no fire, why?
 
If you have a distributor with battery start set the points at .020". If you have a magneto set the points at .013". Make sure you're getting voltage to your coil if you have a distributor. With points open and and your ignition switch in the on position you should have battery voltage on both small terminals. You don't need battery to mag. Hal
