M Farmall Sheppard Diesel

So an M became an H after converting to a sheppard diesel. Was there any way to crank up the injector pump on those to make up the difference. How about a turbo?
 
It was the same size as a M, 3 7/8 X 5 1/4, so no advantage, it was a 3 cylinder, so why spend good money after bad ?
 
That should have ended with a ? instead of a period. I have little to no experience with the Sheppard conversion. I think there were actually 2 or 3 that would fit, but only was made for the conversion, maybe, I dont know.
