This is the point ware the giant hole in your wallet starts. It's like drag racing " it's never fast enough".

Make some simple changes , but seat time is most important ! This is a great sport that i thought would be a breeze "wrong". Some of my drag racing has carried over with great sucess, but the other went out the window.

There are alot of smart people on here, way all there advice and come up with a game plan.

You will find the farm stock classes to be a bit of a joke, but cheating is part of every motor sport. It's only cheating if you get cought !'

Keep it fun !!!!!

Have posted this before but I thought it was funny so here goes. at a local steam gas engine show I exibited my newly finished M Farmall This is a fresh from farm M Looks like a new tractor but has used stuff underneath. Any way they had a demonstration pull. Low gear only. I thought what the hey. I tried it. Just as the old M was doing her last I was thinking, now how can I get more power out of this. I told my wife when I got home. She said You're gonna what. I didn't. Its fun Bernie Steffen

Did you spin out or power out? More info is needed to give advice on how to improve.

Was your hitch at maximum height allowed by the rules you were running under? That alone will make a big difference in how you measure up to your competion. Mike
