M&W 9 speed instructions

I bought an M&W 9speed kit to install in an H. I can find installation instructions online to install the cable operated kit but nothing for the rod controlled kit. I would prefer proper instructions to drill the hole etc when I do this job
Does anyone have a copy? TIA

If M&W H unit with shift lever on right. Center of hole is 6.5 inches back from front face of transmission housing and 4 inches down from top where top cover gasket would go. Don't recall diameter of hole. But just measure OD of threads of bushing that shift shaft goes in. If I recall correctly the reverse idler retaining bolt is removed and threads drilled out for the 3/8 shaft that lower shift lever mounts on. Should have several 3/8 machine washers with shaft, then the washers are used to mount lever at height so the button with it goes deep as possible without a drag.
