M602 hydraulic woes

new to me, picked up from auction site yesterday. well, I got it started and running after I was told it sat several years. all it has ran, was to load, and unload, and short test drive, well, the power steering does not work, 3 pt lift came up, will not go back down.....Any ideas where and what to look for?
BTW owners book is on the way, haven found a service/shop manual yet

there are some electrical problems,, but I can get them taken care of in short order,,, I think there was some animal helpin under the dash....and that cab is coming off, pretty much first thing

Can’t help with the hydraulic issues but it’s a good looking tractor, even with the cab.

electrical problems are fixed, figured out the 3 pt , it had to do with the levers under the seat.
it runs good,, still do not have power steering. it seems to try to work, so,, Is there a priority valve or some other hydraulic valves somewhere?
or, is the steering gear have problems? I've jacked up the front end and it's kinda working,, but not anywhere near what I think the power steering should be.

sure a lot easier to get on and off now, an I think it looks better....

Take the cover off by the 2 levers under the seat and see if there is oil within an inch on the cover. Might just be low on oil for the PS.

Steering never was great. Is controlled by valve on front. Do you have enough pressure to that point? Check pressure at one of your remotes. should be 1200.
