I have to make some "chips" in the next day or two, but will probably be more like dust as I'll be milling a couple pieces on MDF to make fixtures to hold tiny stainless tags aligned in an array for laser marking. Just mill some shallow channels for the tags to sit in and a series of holes that will get pins for the tags to register on.

Just about all chips are coin shaped, if you're making chips you're generally profiting in some way, product/service to sell, making something so you don't have to buy it, avoiding expensive therapist bills, etc.

You need an old school shaper for that so you get nice wide curls...
