I am in mid Mn. & do them as a hobby for a reasonable price. Been at it over 50 years. I have a magnet charger & the testers to check out everthing. Usually get them done in a day or 2 unless parts are hard to get.

I'll second Don's work, my mag works great after I sent it to him for repair. And a very reasonable price too!

What is your contact number. I have a Splitdorf four cylinder mag. I would like to install on my 1936 Indian 4 cylinder. The mag is the same Splitdorf Mag as used on tractors. in the 30's The rotation needs to be changed, and probably a rewound coil. After reading about changing rotation, it is above my paygrade, this should be done by someone who knows what they are doing. Interested ? Stan

I'd rebuild it myself with parts from Rudy. That's what I did with my Wico C.

I have worked on Splitdorf for tractors before. I am up to a challenge. Send it to Don Voit 43311 co rd 35 Freeport Mn. 56331. Make sure you pack that one in double boxes as the PO handles them rough. I have had some with broken caps when they get here. Insure it good too. Thanks.
