Fairbanks MOrse Model FMJ. Found it in East Idaho.
 

Could be but it would need to have 4b73 stamped in that space below FMJ. It is hard to tell but the tangs look like they may stick out further than the WICO I have for my industrial in my 8n. either way not much use without the drive for it. Good price tho!
