Maintenance Checklist Templates

Hello all, newbie here! I love tractors! The farm where I work has 6 old girls: 3 Fords, 1 John Deere, 1 Case, 1 Kubota. We also have one shiny New Holland but we can forget about that one, hehe. The last place I was at had two older Massey Fergusons, a Fendt and a Terex backhoe loader.

I'm trying to get our shop better organized and one project I'd like to do is create service worksheets using Excel or Word. I'd like to have just one standard sheet (printed out) to fill out when we do routine maintenance like changing filters and fluids. Maybe multiple sheets for Every 10 hours, Every 1000 hours, Annual and so forth, I'm not really sure.

Do you kind folks have any files of templates to share that would be relevant? Thanks so much in advance!

Thanks for your help, old_bc. I'm wondering if anyone has some tried and true forms that they use regularly personally. If anyone is able to attach the files in this thread, I think it could help out a lot of folks. I've spent a bunch of time doing google searches for such docs and haven't found anything useful. Most of them are too "busy" if you know what I mean. Also, you have to sign up to those websites to access the files...

I've tried to create my own docs but I'm just not good at it. Either way, thanks!

I made mine on word. I put a page for each piece of equipment, I like it in a 3 ring binder, in a small cabinet right inside the door. It has date bought, filter #'s, belt #'s and any maint. parts, like wheel bearings at the top. Lines with space for date of service, hours, and what service was done. I don't have a cell phone or computer at the shop....James
