Making corn meal with an IHC LB

I'm thinking about grinding corn with a small Stover mill, just for fun and a display item. I know absolutely nothing about stationary engines, other than seeing them at shows. I was looking at the IHC LB 1 1/2 HP to run it if I can find one nearby. Would that be a possible set up? Any suggestions?

I have the same Stover grinder, mine has a piece of wood with about a 1" hole in it in the bottom of the hopper to limit grain flow, works good with a fractional HP electric motor. A 1 1/2 HP should be plenty

A LB would have no issues with that little grinder.

Might mount the engine on some longer skids to include the grinder mounted opposite if it. Put a couple trucks under it to make it mobile.
