Does anyone know what this manifold might fit?

Wish I could help but I don’t recognize it being like any of mine. Has a different firing order than normal for international?

Yes, a different firing order than normal. Also it has to be pretty old like from the 20s or 30s since it has the old IHC logo on it.

Based on about nothing, I'm inclined to think it may be from a truck. You might post the question on a site for IHC truck collectors.

What does a Waukesha F12 manifold look like? Or maybe the larger combine engine before they used the Regular engine?

I took a screen shot from a video of an F12 with a Waukesha, on that one the exhaust bolted on with 4 bolts of course it was claimed to be all original. The idea that Jim is suggesting that it is from a truck engine may have some evidence against it because this looks like an updraft carb design if the IH logo and the firing order printing would be oriented correctly when it is installed. That would mean the exhaust would come out of the top center, not an ideal configuration in a vehicle. The McCormick 10-20 etc came to mind but a quick search of those manifolds seemed they were different then this.

I would say it is an updraft manifold and is fairly small, no bigger than like a F-12. I am thinking maybe a power unit manifold for a baler or early harvester?

I to had though as Jim Becker said a truck how ever on my Waukesha truck engine the exhaust exits the rear. It does look like Waukesha FL manifold but the exhaust plate Had 4 bolts and is square to manifold picture does not look square at top so I am Going to say Waukesha power unit but Have never seen one with IHC on Manifold. So I don't have answer.

I believe that is Waukesha firing order

I checked my F-12 book for Waukesha engine, shows firing order is 1-3-4-2. Also that part number doesn't match manifold for F-12 Waukesha.
Apparently the firing order for all Waukesha 4 cylinder engines was 1-2-4-3, EXCEPT for FCS, FS, FL, FC, FK engines. So looks like Waukesha, but not F-12 tractor… Maybe Waukesha FC engine?
