I've got a Ford 881 that has the DDC conversion. I've got the service,parts and owners manuals. Reading through this forum I understand that there is a supplement for the DDC. Can someone tell me what that supplement is and is it available from this site? I've done a search but can't find it. Thank you for the information.

The name of the supplemental service manual is actually something like "Ford Select-O-Speed Transmission Supplemental Service Manual 2000-4000". That's because the DDC transmissions were installed from the factory on the 4 cylinder 2000 and 4000 models that came with the S-O-S transmission, while they were retrofitted to the '01 tractors that originally came with the ORC version of he S-O-S. And the rest of the 2000 and 4000 series were pretty much the same as the prior hundred and '01 series tractors, so they kept the main Service Manual the same and changed the name of that to cover all 1955-1964 4 cylinder tractors, including the original ORC S-O-S that came on the '01 series, and just made the supplement for the DDC trans and named it after the series' that it came on from the factory.
