Things are not real good yet. Went to the hospital today for my cimo therapy session and they wouldn't give it to me. BP was in the cellar and I have felt rotten all week.Instead of cimo, they replenished my fluids, because I was also terribly dehydrated.They also restructured my intravenous feeding recipes and a courier is delivering the new formula and bigger pump yet tonight. I will be glad when I can eat some real food again. I'm glad they can shift on the fly to react to the cimo treatments. Feeling better tonight, and hoping that the new concoction of food supplements at a higher rate will get the nutrition in me that I need.-----Loren

Good to hear from you. I know what you are going thru. I haven't been able to eat anything but soup for the last year. They pulled all my teeth last year in Feb. I got down to a hundred and fourty two pounds last summer. Gained back to one hundred seventy five but that is because the medicine I am on causes weight gain. Going in Monday and see if maybe I can get some dentures. Keep your chin up. We are all pulling for you.

Good to see you posting. Many people here miss your posts and pictures. You are in my prayers every day. I just finished a chemo treatment yesterday myself. I get chemo treatments every other week and after the main treatment I have to wear a pump for 46 hours that gives me more chemo. have been fighting cancer for about 1 1/2 years now. God’s carrying me through it and I am praying the same for you.

I am in the same condition as several of you. After having my lower teeth pulled out, I was unable to eat a normal diet as I was not able to chew. I went out and bought a food processor to be able to chew for me. Amazing the different foods you can run through this. Want steak? Just add a little beef bouillon, breakfast cereal? Heat the milk in the microwave. The list goes as far as your Imagination.
